Job Description

Bank Customer Service Representative who embraces the role of tell and personal banker.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Greeting customersin a timely manner
  • Cross sell banking products
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Open accounts and assist with processing and taking loan applications
  • Daily and weekly sales reporting to supervisor

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • One (1) year minimum sales experience
  • Six (6) months minimum cash handling in a retail sales environment
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member and with customers
  • Strong work ethic and high integrity
  • Proficient in computer and Microsoft application
  • Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor
  • Able to communicate professionally verbally and in writing
  • Must be willing to work additional hours when needed
  • Good attendance and punctuality are a must
  • Able to sit, and/or stand long periods of time during the workday
  • Ability to lift and/or move 10-25 lbs. (cash canisters, coin boxes/bags)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Successful knowledge of bank products and services offered
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
