Job Description
Bank Customer Service Representative who embraces the role of tell and personal banker.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Greeting customersin a timely manner
- Cross sell banking products
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately
- Open accounts and assist with processing and taking loan applications
- Daily and weekly sales reporting to supervisor
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- One (1) year minimum sales experience
- Six (6) months minimum cash handling in a retail sales environment
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and with customers
- Strong work ethic and high integrity
- Proficient in computer and Microsoft application
- Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor
- Able to communicate professionally verbally and in writing
- Must be willing to work additional hours when needed
- Good attendance and punctuality are a must
- Able to sit, and/or stand long periods of time during the workday
- Ability to lift and/or move 10-25 lbs. (cash canisters, coin boxes/bags)
Preferred Qualifications
- Successful knowledge of bank products and services offered
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
