Convenience Store Shift Leader
Job Description
It's the opportunity to learn some leadership skills and take greater responsibility for other employees and store resources in order to provide a great customer experience for guests.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage a group of associates during a shift in a convenience store location.
- Coach and delegate to other associates tasks and responsibilities.
- Oversee progress of tasks to provide successful and timely completion.
- Operate kitchen equipment and oversee other associates operating kitchen equipment for pre-prepared foods.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- Some prior experience in working in a convenience store or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to accept a more challenging position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Some prior leadership role or similar experience.
