Job Description
Providing security screening services during the process of guest's entering the facility for a performance or sports event, while being the guest-facing personnel of the facility.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Monitoring the security screening process for patrons entering the facility.
- Ensure screening equipment is functioning properly.
- Employ concise and professional communication with patrons.
- Provide accurate assistance and instructions on the screening process.
- Enforce screening procedures to prevent unauthorized items from entering the premises.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on security procedures.
- Provide courteous and respectful customer service to patrons throughout the screening process.
- Work collaboratively with other security staff members to maintain a cohesive and secure environment.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to stand for extended periods with no assistance.
- Ability to perform bag checks.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- Able to work efficiently and accurately in high stress environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong reasoning, judgement and problem solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree or some college a plus.
