Job Description

Ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional customer service, excellent communication skills, be able to work well as a team player and independently, be a multi-tasker and self-motivated, and easily adapts to changing priorities.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Greet visitors entering establishment with a smile.
  • Providing information and taking messages.
  • Determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
  • Operate telephone to answer, plus screen and forward calls.
  • Provide information about establishment such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
  • Deliver mail to correct departments.
  • Arrange transportation service.
  • Log associates in and out for daily shifts.
  • Log call customers for sales associates.
  • Acts as a role model of the store.
  • Professional in appearance and maintain a constant positive attitude.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Basic telephony skills and computer skills.
  • Ability to repetitively use arms, hands and fingers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
  • Positive attitude when working with customers.
  • Demonstrates a constant positive customer service attitude.
  • Ability to handle pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Front Desk Receptionist in a busy envioronment.
