Job Description
Ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional customer service, excellent communication skills, be able to work well as a team player and independently, be a multi-tasker and self-motivated, and easily adapts to changing priorities.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Greet visitors entering establishment with a smile.
- Providing information and taking messages.
- Determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Operate telephone to answer, plus screen and forward calls.
- Provide information about establishment such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
- Deliver mail to correct departments.
- Arrange transportation service.
- Log associates in and out for daily shifts.
- Log call customers for sales associates.
- Acts as a role model of the store.
- Professional in appearance and maintain a constant positive attitude.
- Perform any other duties as directed by management.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Basic telephony skills and computer skills.
- Ability to repetitively use arms, hands and fingers.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- Positive attitude when working with customers.
- Demonstrates a constant positive customer service attitude.
- Ability to handle pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Front Desk Receptionist in a busy envioronment.
