Job Description

Work closely with the front desk and maintenance team for all maintenance issues. Work closely with a team of housekeepers by monitoring the quality assurance, and making sure they comply with all policy and procedures for cleaning services.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide great customer service and respond promptly to all inquiries, requests, and complaints
  • Must have good problem-solving skills to be used for any difficult or unusual problems
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Monitor inventories to ensure levels are maintained
  • Inspect the cleaning and servicing of all guest rooms and inspect all vacant rooms daily
  • Prepare and complete reports as needed

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Prior Housekeeping Supervisory or Management experience in Hospitality
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Highly motivated and be able to multi-task
  • Able to work independently
  • Must have the ability to lead and motivate others
  • Must be able to move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for an extended period

Preferred Qualifications

  • College Degree a plus, but not required
  • Bilingual a plus, but not required
