Lead Warehouse Associate
Job Description
Lead warehouse associate responsible for working with management to ensure production goals are met. LWA must comply with all safety procedures and be able to successfully operate forklifts or other machinery as necessary.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Stack boxes on pallets in the correct manner
- Keep track of pallets stacked on the product sheet and total up at the end of each run
- Scan the box printer for each box label to ensure the right label is on each box
- Be able to lift 10-50 lbs. continuously
- Good housekeeping
- Work with management to ensure goals are met in production
- Prepare reports and paperwork
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to work in a non-temperature-controlled area
- Six (6) months of warehouse experience
- Forklift certified
- CDL
Preferred Qualifications
- One (1) year warehouse experience
- One (1) year warehouse supervisor experience
- One (1) load & unload experience
- Associate's Degree (2-year college or technical school)
