Job Description
Market Research team at an onsite location will conduct surveys and log the responses on an iPad.

- Conducting outbound market research or public opinion polling interviews with the general population, or people working in specific jobs as required by the project
- Being able to successfully read English survey questionnaires to prospective survey respondents
- Collect data using an iPad to record data collected during the interview.
- Ability to approach strangers and handle rejection of participation in each market research or public opinion polling project.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
- Prior experience using digital technology but not required
Preferred Qualifications
- Enthusiastic and personable, with the ability to adapt and thrive in constant change
- Bi-lingual in English and another language a plus but not required
- Exceptional listening skills and attention to detail
- Able to consistently deal with stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job.
- Must be capable of dealing calmly and professionally with different personalities or individuals from diverse cultures
- Superior verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to converse intelligently, clearly, and understandably when speaking with survey respondents.
- This requires a pleasant and professional tone and demeanor, and good speaking. articulation, rate of speed, and ability to be clear and concise.
- Able to work independently, with minimum supervision, in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to quickly gain knowledge and understanding of survey instruments or questionnaires
- Strong organizational skills that enable multiple tasks to be balanced
- Independent decision-making ability within defined guidelines
- Adapts quickly to change and remains flexible.
- Able to maintain positive team spirit and communication.
