Job Description

Stock shelves in a variety of food departments throughout the store and/or running a checkout line at the front of the store.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Actively stock, merchandise store product according to employer's standards.
  • Build and fill displays as needed.
  • Safely provide movement of store product throughout store without spillage or damage.
  • Maintain active signage and current pricing in all department areas.
  • Care for signs, banners and other store resources.
  • Keep aisles free of clutter, debris during daily operations.
  • Respond to customers, coworkers and vendor questions or directions in store with promptness and politeness.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Basic mathematic skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Physicalness to lift, twist, move and carry up to 50 pounds from the floor to shelving or overhead racks in store.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some prior experience in a related field or industry is helpful.
