Job Description
This job is for the RN or LPN who loves nursing but has a passion for improving outcomes and quality of life beyond nursing.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop, implement, and maintain a quality management plan and program
- Track and monitor quality improvement activities for healthcare
- Monitor high-risk, high-volume, and unusual events as they occur.
- Perform preventive studies to evaluate the continuity and coordination of care
- Coordinate oversight visits for providers and ensure completion in a timely manner. Follow up on plans for corrective action.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
- Must pass Post Offer/Pre-Employment Screen (POPES)
- RN or LPN license
Preferred Qualifications
- Up-to-date First Aid/CPR certification
- Basic computer including Microsoft Office
- EMR experience
- Long Term Care, Long Term Acute Care, Hospice, or Home Health experience
